As Head of Onboarding, Julia takes care of the important part of looking after our protagonists so that they immediately feel comfortable on set and get to know all the processes. But also new members of the crew are instructed by Julia in all processes and introduced to the team. In the background, team assistant Kendra ensures the smooth running of the production and the feel-good factor on set.
Part of the team since 2012, Julia now uses her many years of expertise internally and externally. She strategically guides clients as they start their shared hero's journey, and she supports colleagues from day one through every chapter of their Mashie story.
After studying business administration, Kendra went straight into professional life. Besides her love of travel, numbers and organization bring her a lot of joy.
